Sixaxis Sync issue when enable Cobra (4.81.2 Rex)
Hi.
I´m using phat PS3 CECHH12 with 4.81.2 Rebug CFW and every time when enable 'Cobra' in Rebug Toolbox my PS3 wont sync using PS button via wireless. PS button turn console on and not sync when Cobra is Enable.
Disabling Cobra the sync problem wont happens, and everything works fine.
I reinstalled Rebug, disable webman, rebuild Database and the problem persists. Any tip?

Ok so my ps3 says i need to reinstall cfw frimware so i go to rebug.me and click on 4.80.1 since thats the one i had before and i download it and copy the update download link and it says Playsationscenefiles refused to connect so now my ps3 is worthless

Stuck in recovery after DEX>CEX Via Rebug Toolbox
Hi everyone!
I was trying to switch from dex to cex via toolbox. After selecting rewrite target id (i think it was) the system rebooted to recovery and since wont accept any firmware updates. I have tried numerous firmware files from D-Rex to REX to downgrade firmwares (both cex and dex) and even stock firmwares. I also tried reflashing the orginal dump (which resulted in a brick which i since fixed. And also my original patched dump which yielded the same result (stuck in recovery)....

Error 80010514 after installing REBUG 4.81.2 REX EDITION
Hi,
recently i am installing REBUG 4.81.2 REX EDITION and multiMAN 04.81.02 on my old slim PS3, and then i try to start games from bd disc and hdd with multiman but the games wont boot and instead showing error screen with 80010514 code, before upgrading cfw the ps3 able to play from disc and hdd. i have used a restore file system function but the 80010514 error still persist. so what is wrong with my ps3?
since i am not a expert at this, is there anyone here provide a step by step guidance...

http://playstationscenefiles.com/ was the place where all the latest rebug downloads are kept. There's no mirrored copies anywhere on the internet - the users have been very faithful in abiding to rebug's wishes on not to mirror their files.
I am also surprised no one has noticed or mentioned about unable to get latest rebug files...

Cold boot into Petitboot using Rebug?
Is it possible to cold boot into Petitboot using Rebug 4.81.2? Making Petitboot default instead of GameOS? Glevand had it apparently working in his CFW in 2012:

Hello! I have PlayStation 3 Slim CECH-2508 [PAL, RU] with CFW Rebug 4.81.2 REX Cobra Edition.
By default my DVD Region: 5, Blu-ray Region: C.
In the webMan settings I changed DVD region to 1, Blu-ray region to A. After that Blu-ray disks region A are played without problems. When I try to play a DVD disks region 1, I get a message about the wrong region code.

I have been trying to get help with getting Rebug up and running but there has been problems with Rebug.
Long story short I had my PS3 running on rebug until a few months ago then did an idiot move and updated with OFW 4.81 by accident over top.

Rogero 4.55 to Rebug 4.81
I've been trying to research this before I upgrade. I'm not sure of the answers yet...
1. Do i need to go back to Rogero 3.55 before upgrading to Rebug? Or can I upgrade from 4.55 to the latest rebug?

Firstly, not very familiar with online gaming on PS3 as I mostly play offline. I wanted to play Bungie's "Destiny" which required players to be logged into PSN. I'm using Rebug 4.82.1 ++ Toolkit ( I had upgraded from Habib 4.78). I was playing the game for a while ( 2 days or so) then I got a splash screen that says "not so fast ....!!" ....you account is banned!!.... Yes, I'm using CFW and yes I downloaded the copy of Destiny BUT ...I didn't cheat , or install any other...

I use e3 flasher to downgrade my ps3, the e3 flasher never start any backups. since that I download a bkpps3.bin and put it on SD card. after the e3 flasher done put it on my ps3

Installing newest 4.82.1 Rebug over 4.81.2 DEX
I am having trouble installing over the previous version. Giving me an error about corrupt PUP file. Do I need to go from DEX to CEX, first? Should I wait for the DEX version of 4.82? Sony reports 4x the stability of this new version, and my system seems to hang quite a bit on 4.81.
