can someone help me with e3

I use e3 flasher to downgrade my ps3, the e3 flasher never start any backups. since that I download a bkpps3.bin and put it on SD card. after the e3 flasher done put it on my ps3
I turn off the ps3 and when I turn on. no video output no sound.

can someone help me plz
