Restore original webman 1.43.28 (joonie?)

I updated webman and I'm having a delay problem loading the XMB when I turn on the ps3.

I flashed again Rebug 4.80.1 and the new webman version is kept, same delay of several seconds.

I found a pkg for webman 1.43.28. It shows "Rebug edtion", tried lite and full, same delay -> https://mega.nz/#!TxgADYAL!W7KN5zPfk2yy0JmUTWOQ-jKdy_InfvZ4ep48dWyvi2w

How can I restore the original webman? Thanks!
